Was told about night owl from a friend. I had been getting our family room carpet done every spring. It's a busy room with a lot of traffic. Tried night owl and was very pleased, with the results, the help, and the cost. Called this spring to get carpets cleaned and was told it had been 2 years since I had it cleaned. That's how good they are...Will always use them...

I searched and searched for a reasonable place to have my rugs cleaned. They aren't expensive rugs but my dog puked on them and peed on them when she got sick one night (ughhh) and of course I felt like I tried everything!! The lady that answered the phone explained the process to me and all the 'whys' to doing the process this way at the shop. I drove out of my way to get here and t was well worth it!! They took care of me quickly, were all very personable, and they were the cheapest of any quote I got!! It is nearly impossible to find a great price and quality and his place is it!!
